Any stuff that goes with the TPIs, Stock throttle bodies, (I am NOT looking for hot rod parts) nuts, bolts, screws, the bottom parts to the throttle bodies I can use them. I also could use any of the PCMs, (165s only) flex plate bolts, a complete set of oil pan nuts....Thermostat housings, a few of things I am searching for as I missed placed them. Any sensors from a SBC TPI also welcome.

Donations are happily accepted. Or low prices with shipping...

If it is old junk to you it can be a treasure to me.

Thanks.

Rich

PS a friend is coming within a week and this insane engine is going into the van.

Wish us luck, please.

Ill start asking a few people and looking through my old parts inventory.

This is the main part I need: Mine is cracked.

I take it these are throttle body heaters and as I am planing on long trips and might encounter bad weather I feel I should have this working.

Feed back?

Rich

BTW
ID try looking in several local salvage yards , you do occasionally see wrecks with TPI engines

From the Old TV show, "Dragnet" Just the facts Please...or in my case just the parts please, father just stock parts please.

The only info I can use is running a stock set up.

Question: Does the stock throttle Body flow/allow in as much air the engine can handle??

I have seen on my 4.6 Fords a slightly larger throttle body Does make more power...

But will it do so with out harming the TPI's low RPM power??

IF I can have both the same low RPM power and higher RPM power then I am interested, but low RPM power is King here.

Rich

the stock throttle body flows about as much as even a modified 350 can handle, if you have better heads, a cam, and headers on a 383-406 sbc there are MINOR potential gains in a larger throttle body in SOME applications, keep in mind if your running a MAF and a stock heads, cam and original injector size, your no where close to reaching an air flow rate restriction
