The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
so far it looks rather promising,
we may eventually get free from a few bureaucrats ,mandates,
who were convinced that they should wield GOD LIKE powers,
to mandate how , of IF...the mere citizens could use constitutional RIGHTS,
they had set mandates, to a limit citizens to rules, they set,
and controlled and changed rather frequently at their will.
that congress never agreed too.
