Neutral zero balance flywheel

I recently purchased a new flywheel from McLeod for my BBC 496 and while the sell it as “zero balance” I don’t see how it is. It comes down to the effect of four 5/16 holes.
Background:
460122 flywheel
The part is machined with four 5/16 mounting holes to allow for adding weight to use in an externally balanced configuration.
By removing the material it must change the balance.
Looking at the physical flywheel it is symmetrical except for the 4 holes. No holes drilled elsewhere or weight added.
I’m considering having is spun at a balance shop despite McLeod saying they all spin within 1/2g to make spec.

it never hurts to verify/check,. but I bet its balanced as stated
