Restricting Oil Flow

I need help figuring out if, and how much I should restrict oil to the top end of my block. This is a twin turbo setup. I'm running Comp Cams endure-x solid roller lifters, the mains are coming in at .0031-.0032 and the rods are coming in at .0026-.0027. I'm running a billet shark tooth oil pump with high volume and standard pressure.I'm also going to use a 3 qt accumulator and the pan is an aluminum Moroso 8 qt.
I know Dart says not to restrict the top end and to use a standard volume pump, but with 2 turbos I was told by others to use a high volume and restrict. What I really need to know is the size of the holes I need to drill in the plugs.
Thanks

your fine as you are , don,t restrict oil flow to the upper end.
