I'm working maybe ten days, then if i have time i do engine swap, still have to do transmission and gas pedal wiring

Nice.
Have to fit the radiator yet.
Might be easier with a pair of Electric cooling fans.
They make some huge ones for Trucks.
Seen 7000-11,000 Cfm.
Should match a Good GM Clutch fan 19.0" inches in Diameter for airflow.
Never want to get a diesel engine hot overheated.
Detroys them.
They get hot towing pulling heavy loads in the Summertime.

You should have a DELCO DR44 Alternator on the Duramax its a good one.
It's PCM Modulated controlled charging output.

I have used volvo fans i have maybe ten in the shelf ,volvo had callback because fan controllers burned ,i cut controller out and wire straight fron the relay ,almoust size of the cutlass
radiator,realy powerful needs good alternator
I first dry stock radiator, summer time hot days only 20-30 celcius so might work

I did little road trip to southern finland ,1500 kilometer ,boght two rear ends gm 10 and 14 bolt, suburban doors, eight rims and old ramsey dcb200r winch

I hope you got a good price and the components are in good condition once carefully inspected?
I'm not thrilled with the prospect of working on a car/truck dripping a mud/ice slurry on you ,
while your on a lift or creeper either , but those parts look to be in decent condition

The Ramsy winch is a good one.
Used on Tow Trucks here

Rear ends 50€ each,doors 50€ winch 250€
I bought that winch because i think it fits better for my chevy that china winch
I dont know condition of rear ends turns free, clean oil dripped from the breather tube

well the prices listed seem too be good if the parts are in good functional condition.
14 bolt rear differentials have a good reputation for durability.
