I've always been into hunting rifles more than military designs,
so please bare with my partial lack of info,
but keep firmly in mind that the AR 15 is SEMI AUTO only,
unlike the military M16 which looks similar , but has full auto compatibility(unlike the AR-15)
not all internal parts can be interchanged, as the feds regulate and mandate some differences
that make many M16 parts non-compatible.
FULL AUTO VERSIONS ownership,REQUIRE ,
FEDERAL APPROVAL AND A TAX STAMP AND REGISTRATION ETC

now you may not agree, but with minimal practice there is a way to make use of an AR15 pistol rather rapidly lethal for use on a a cantaloupe size target at 25-50 yards, making use on a coyote, or a human opponent at across the living room, or across the back yard distances absurdly easy.
use of a sling helps consistency a great deal.
the "SECRET " to their effective use, in my opinion, is closely related to use of.
a pair of very bright green laser pointer's for rifle/ handgun use.
the type that have easy access on buttons or motion sensor on buttons helps
your not...

to be used to finance firearm related purchases, be banned from use in texas
this PASSED RECENTLY, BANKS began losing money.. guess what....

BOTH BANK OF AMERICA AND CITY BANK
UNTIL THIS WEEK had required vendors to use specific merchandise codes
to track sales on firearms and ammo and it was proposed,
to use those codes to deny financing these items on credit cards
the recent changes in federal banking rules in several states mandated that
those banks could not be used by several state government agency's if that continued
so they under pressure decided maybe that policy needed to be removed
"VIRTUE SIGNALLING WAS POTENTIALLY GOING TO COST THEM MILLIONS" so guess what happened
