Trans cooler line disassembly Durango 2004

I bought this 2004 Durango as a parts car, mostly for the engine, but it seems like i could drive it for a couple of years before the body falls of :D
So i thought i give it new fluids and filters, and here is my question, this trans cooler fitting, can i disassembly it? And how?
Will it likely go bad and leak? It is moist of ATF at one fitting.
If it goes bad, it will probably cost an arm and a leg to buy here in Sweden, and a couple of weeks to get it, not worth the risk.
The thought was to temporary put a T inline and flush the transmission a little before i take the pan off and change the filters and fluid.

Remove the old rubber lines by cutting just on the other side, on the metal line and using a compression fitting to AN adapter. Then make your own AN flexible rubber line to go between. See the next to last image below.

If it's 1/2" tubing then you would need two of these fittings from Summit.

For the flexible hose you will need two of these fittings.

And some hose .....

Below is some examples of hoses that you would need to make.

That is a great explanation, thank you very much, but a little overkill for me, and after cleaning the fittings (and google research) it turns out they are som kind of quick connect type, and i had a tool that worked :)
I have done this on chevy transmissions (350 700) and they flushed the fluid out real quick, but this 545RFE was very slow flowing, could it be the filters are clogged? Or does this transmission work different? Fluid was dark, but did not burn my eyes so not too bad i think. The pan will come of during this week i hope, i wonder what i will find in it....
No signs of problem while driving it carefully so far.

thanks for taking the time/effort to post the answer RICK!!

I wasn't sure what Thunderbolt was up against. My solution should work on anything with standard size tubing. It wouldn't be the cheapest or the easiest.
