Brian, rumor has it you may know a thing or two about this stuff:

W1970 Pontiac Ram Air 3 400 WS code, factory 4 bolt block, standard bore ,915 casting . # 12 matching date coded heads. All have been shot blasted , sonic checked good. Standard armasteel crank. No blowups or repairs.

What would “you” pay for this?

Pictures are everything.
The early Pontiac V8 Blocks and heads and cranks seldom ever crack.

No pictures around $2500.

Pictures Mint Pristine 3500-5000.
Date Codes mean everything.
Must all match within 1-2 weeks.

Too late, asked for pics, stuff is gone.

Here is a guy I found on CList Brian, might have something for you.

I have to pass Richard.
Out of room for more engines.
I have them in the basement of my Farmhouse now too.

All my efforts are going to getting my 1994 GMC Suburban back.
So I can Tow with a Turbo 400 trans in it and never ever have a Crap 4L60e Blow up again.
Really did suck that day almost 2 years ago.
Bringing my 1952 Allis Chamlers tractor home.
Trans over heated and puked fluid.
Filled it at a gas station and limped home 90 miles.
I was at the Iowa - Illinois border.
Was 95 f out.
30 mph only.
Only had 2 nd gear.
Coasted into my Farm.....4L60E totally Dead.

Cant have it all.

I would check into that 73 SD455.

Worry about the 1965 GTO.
Top Value will have Pontiac V8 Power.
Not LS.
PONTIAC V8 MAKES IT WORTH 20- 30 K MORE.
The GTO is gone. Sold it to a guy in Arizona after I escaped from the hospital last Christmas. He’s a big shop and he hiked up the price to $50,000 and hasn’t sold it yet.

Well.

Body Tag on the 73 SD455 TA will say WS4.
WS4 means its a Trans Am.

There will be a X in the Vin code on the dash visable through the windshield.
Means SD455 engine option.

I saw a deal even you wouldn’t pass up. The guy is in my town. He bought an 84 Lumber store that was closing and their work truck is a 2004 Duramax diesel 1 ton dual axle 3500 crew cab with 300,000 miles. It has an Allison trans rebuilt buy the Upper Bucks Tech School last year (maybe a little longer). Well taken care of, everything but the CD player works, only light surface rust and state inspection good 6/19. After this Labor Day it will be for sale $5,500 but I know for a fact that $4,000 cash same day drive away will be accepted. I have some great ideas for it, but Just can’t take on everything I find. Anybody reading this, if interested just contact me for more info.
