whats your feeling on this pistol?

I think most firearm enthusiast's know and understand,
that a great many firearms that are owned by most of us,
are more fun, to play with, than useful
and many have competitive designs that are far superior.
example,
many military firearms may lack the finest accuracy or precise finish work of machining,
or near the quality of machine work or materials used,
but most have much better durability / dependability and ease of maintenance,
an M1A synthetic stocked rifle, or even a 1917 Endfield bolt action,
might not be nearly as impressive in looks as a Weatherby mark V,
nor nearly as accurate but Id grab the M1a or even a 1917 Endfield bolt action,
over the Weatherby if I expected to live off the land for a few years,
even though the Weatherby is more accurate, and shoots flatter and in most calibers hits harder.

seems S&W now has a 5.7/28 coming to market
