you're screwed if you let clueless politicians that know nearly zero on the subjects make laws

there's nothing as infuriating to most of us, as finding out our tax dollars have been used to fund left wing political goals,
goals that most of us would never contribute to, or expect the government to fund by MILLIONS of our tax dollars,
being used by the biden administration, to eliminate your 1st and 2nd amendment rights!
the goal is to try to eliminate or 2nd amendment rights , and in many cases to eliminate free speech,
to allow ever increasing government manipulation and control over its citizens.

Australia points to a huge drop in crime after baning many guns, they stopped recording many types of crimes or put those crimes in a totally different category to fudge the statistics , if you stop recording home invasions , and muggings and armed robbery, in the same category,
then AMAZINGLY there's far lower "CRIME" in that category :facepalm:and higher crime in the NEW category :facepalm: :swearing:
, they want power over everything and civilians having just the potential to resist their mandates ,
keeps them waking up screaming with nightmares.
all gun control laws are pushed for "the children's sake" or for "reducing crime" or "this will increase public safety"
the only thing it really does is make it easier to be a victim of criminals, and a way to enrich lawyers
the problem is FACTS are a P.I.T.A. to hide and CRIMINALS don't bother to obey LAWS

so far it looks rather promising,
we may eventually get free from a few bureaucrats ,mandates,
who were convinced that they should wield GOD LIKE powers,
to mandate how , of IF...the mere citizens could use constitutional RIGHTS,
they had set mandates, to a limit citizens to rules, they set,
and controlled and changed rather frequently at their will.

it looks like the SCOTUS is finally putting a firm end to all the state laws ,
