I'll have to measure the Saginaw trans to compare specs you gave. We are "not talking about" Light duty Car Transmissions what I posted was for HD Truck Transmissions, maybe the specs will be same or not will see. And secondly my HD Muncies reverse lever is in the Side Cover and all of the trans is Cast Iron not aluminum like your Articles "link" showed/read in its print.

Is there a build code/name for these trans or a RPO code other than its a Saginaw or a Muncie. You know like the 4 spd Muncie "M22" is called. I have tried the Google Search till I am Blue in the face but cant find much on the 3 speeds them selves, 4 spd info all day long. Seams like the 3 spd's have a "Plague" or something like that for information goes.
Any help or links would be appreciated. Thanks, Mikie
LOL I thought I just did. Actually what others posted for me here didn't get my question answered, answers came from some other Forum.... Bottom line is when I was over at (6066gmcclub.com) searching through the Transmissions and Rear Ends ares I saw two Threads about 3 speed transmissions and I started reading through them and stumbled on what I have been after for answers on my Saginaw trans.. BINGO got my answer. Not sure if that's what you want, anyway not sure how to do this copy or paste thing, sorry.why not post the info you found here?
copy/paste any related charts, pictures diagrams etc.
