Wow!! How did I miss those? Don’t know how they hook up with no sidewall. I guess if the time clocks are off it’s easy to run those numbers. Thanks.

Don't even try against those Wagon Wheels...Many have over 1400 Horsepower Single or Twin Turbo Power.
Full Drag Race 4-link with coil over shocks hid.

Only 2 engines can take on Normal aspirated.
Pontiac 455 Full Drag race layout than Revs to 7000 easy and 9000 RPM Peak Full of Titanium metal. What I am building.

496 BBC or bigger
But it has to be Full Race Super High octane like Grumpy had back in 1970-1971 year.
 
I’ll have to see one of these things. Just seems like with such a tall tire the foot print would be so small and the need for such a low ratio gear there are a lot of things working against you to get the performance needed for those times.

When You Run Boost you do not need such low gears.
The Flywheel torque often exceeds 900 -1500 Ft/lbs....some are near 4000 ft/lbs flywheel torque.

Normal aspirated with such big wheels its just like a Big Tire door slammer car with Huge Goodyear slicks.
Gears back in the day were 4.88 tall side.
More often they were 5.13, 5.38, 5.57, 5.86 & sometimes 6.14 :1 .

I never thought it would explode Wagon Wheels.

Have every gear but 6.14.
13 I have now Pontiac Olds 9.3.

It's a bit of a joke with the Corvette guys on DC with Grumpy and rest of the old timers.
I am Generation X.
It's the Millennial into the Donks.
It's a nationwide fad in every big city now.
The,Fastest right now is in Joliet IL.
He raced the Donkmsster in Florida and beat him.
Guy is white also.

They are the Other Street Outlaws.
They can be beat by the little guys.
They race for money.

The TV Street Outlaws have 4000 - 5000 Hp.
Not much hope racing and winning against them.

Corvette world has died.
Flat lined dead.
New C8 is targeted to Europe and China.

Everyone is too old to Race again but me.
I will be 50 later this year.
Tells you how old the rest of Vette world is.

There is a Simple Guide I have found who is a Racer and who is not.
To Drag Race and Win.

Turbo 400, Turbo 350, and Muncie 4 speed required to compete and Win .
4L80E can be used also but it puts you at a 100 lb more weight disadvantage.

All others proven to fail all out drag Racing.
End Of Story.

So You have real racers like me.

Rest are show and shine cruisers.
 
I’m 74. Started crewing on a SODC top fuel front engine dragster, went road racing a Boss 302 Mustang and won 7 regional championships end ended my racing career in a 7.5 second 172 mph dragster. Going fast has just gotten to expensive and it takes to long to heal from a accident. I’ll have to resign myself to my 800 hp blown big block 2000 lb t bucket to satisfy my need for speed.
