It looks like a Winters or Haibrand Quickchange Rear Differential Grumpy.
Only design possible to make the Rocket Engine shaft driven possible.
Pinion passes straight through.
Other is the super rare 1963 SD421 Tempest Power Shift Transaxle. 12 made only.
