Im going to make a wild guess at about 475 ft lbs and about 430hp, i think you would get better results with a different intake, which intake Id select depends on your rear gear and stall speed, tire diam and car weight.
Ive never had good results from a TORKER II

Id also suggest custom 1 3/4" headers with 38"-39" primaries and a 18"-20" long 3" collectors

The intake hasn't been bought yet I see your in Fla I am to so ill tell the motor is for a airboat trying to get all the torque I can from 3k-5k didn't think a duel plane would work so well with the cam would raising the comp to 11to1 be to much for 93 gas
 
Id go with an edelbrock air gap dual plane intake on an air boat engine, with that combo in a heart beat!
Id also build custom 1 3/4" headers with 38"-39" primaries and a 18"-20" long 3" diam collector to maximize low rpm torque, you could start with a kit similar to this and add a long curved collector that points down and out to clear the prop.
many guys don,t realize, it because they normally deal with restrictive exhaust systems that effectively kill off much of the headers effectiveness at increasing the engine efficiency, but a properly tuned exhaust with zero back pressure can be tuned to significantly increase the engine torque over what they might be used to, seeing Ive seen gains of 40-50 ft lbs of extra torque from engines with properly tuned headers over stock exhaust and mufflers several times

Sounds good yeah tuned headers are a lot better do you think raising the static comp to 11to1 would be to much with this cam on 93 swill

Id stay at 10:1 your less likely to get into detonation issues
 
if your looking to get 550-570 ft lbs of torque from a 406 SBC Id suggest a turbo or nitrous as the logical route, most SBC engines make about 1-to-1.23 ft lbs of torque for each cubic inch of displacement if not power boosted in some way like a super charger.(especially if running on pump octane gas)
 
With a boat id probably use something like a B&M with a watercooler. they can often be found on ebay or blower business.
id probably use a bit less duration and if using forced induction some larger lsa and lower compression.
 
1.23 per cubic well I know of a advertised 427 making 1.4 on pump gas Gto airboats here in Fla sells it motor is carburetored no intercooler or blower or nitrous
 
well we are giving subjection on affordable and long lasting engine with your current setup. maby you could go to 11:1 comp but i dont know. gumpy said no more then 10:1 and he know hes stuff.
there's many way of doing big hp without power adder.. like using sb2.2 heads.
 
All I know is it makes 600 tq @5k with 195 Afr. heads have they been worked on can't say I would think the cam an heads I picked would get close to the power I want
 
DD2000 says that motor should be running about 537 ft/lbs of torq at 5k. Thats with his build up and large diameter open headers, might be different with tuned marine exhaust, I'd say Victor Jr would be worth some more tq. Same setup with a Air Gap prolly about 520 ft/lbs of tq. Wild guess on the air gap though. AFR 227 comp version would get you more torq. Be expensive!
 
if you want to dump enough MONEY in semi- exotic and expensive parts into the project you obviously boost the results, you can expect, the problem of making the power is simply limited by your checking account balance. you can do amazing things with a SBC if you can afford some real good parts, and quality machine work
