I was very disappointed after sending away for small garage plans on the net. After you pay too much for a magazine with pictures (from the '50's) the publisher over charges for a host of little and incomplete plans that look outdated. Disclaimers on every half page, more depending on options.
I need to come in at very close to 500 Sq. ft. Or about 24'X24', can be a pole building. I could likely work out the build on paper but I need the building to work visually with the house (exterior finish can be worked in later) with matching overhang and trim. I believe I may have it in me physically to do everything up to the roof except for the concrete floor. I'm curious if anybody bought and used a set of plans for 1 to 3 car garage and may be willing to sell their plans.
