bench testing a1981 wiper motor

I cant get my wiper motor to work I ran a new ground to switch & motor I have voltage at switch & motor I also put in the delay eliminater kit from lectric ltd. the light even works on the switch

it might be just bad connections or the motors burned out or shorted?
do you have a multi meter? does the motor work if directly connected?

thats what i`m asking if I can take the motor out of the car how would you test it?

Id use test clips

ground the case and ground strap and use a 12volt test clip on the wires, with clips like these
