Been thinking WAY down the road. Is a new Dart block necessary for a street car as opposed to a new GM block? It’s $1000 dollars cheaper.

the answer too which block best matches your goal/needs depends mostly on the intended power levels.
the dart block has a thicker casting and stronger metallic alloy used, better potential oiling
