Blown Head Gasket ???

Would there be signs of a blown or just leaking head gasket or both gaskets on the spark plugs?
Or will they still look normal?

these threads should provide most of the related answers
I would certainly start by simply pulling off the radiator cap and starting the engine and looking for bubbles,
and checking the dip stick for oil that looks like a coffee milk shake,
and by doing a compression test.
