I'm putting the calipers back on and I ran out of that dedicated lube, can I use any other grease or lube?

YES A THIN COAT OF GREASE , on the back of disc brake pads ,where the brackets/hydraulic pistons, apply force to the pads, and along the length of the pad retention slide pins WILL WORK, to reduce vibration and noise
obviously selecting and proper use of the correct lubricant tends to work better

I think he was asking about using a different grease Grumpy. Any high-temp grease
would work, such as disk brake wheel bearing grease.

Yup! For greasing the slide bolts on calipers, not for squealing brakes thank you.
