Ok, i got a question
i have a friend who got a carb from a dual quad blower setup
carb from what i can see is a holley 4160 450cfm.

My question
Since carb has mechanical secondary and no secondary accelerator pump, am i wrong by telling him this carb cannot be used as single carb?.
on summit it say it is designed for multi carburetor application only.

Am concerned because it has mechanical secondary (that do not open at the same rate as primary)and absolutly nothing to squirt a shot of fuel on the secondary(unlike say a holley 4160 660cfm with center squirter), am thinking it will have backfiring issue.
Anyway its wayy undersized for a chevy 350(its 450cfm)?

The blower Holley carb is worth hanging onto.
Has specially calibrated metering blocks for boosted applications.
Pretty small at 400cfm.
Must have been a street driven blown dual 4-bbl application on 350ci.
