I was watching a "How it's Made Dream Cars" episode for the Ferrari FF.
These are kinda interesting to watch and I enjoy the engine build section and all the automation used in most cases makes it look effortless. Anyway, during this episode I noticed something interesting. The engine assembly section starts at counter 11:54. As the counter gets close to 15:43, pay close attention to the socket as the technician torques the intake . The socket is cracked and the crack opens about half way up the socket. It's good to see even the most expensive production cars have assembly flaws. I think most of the guys on this form have builds at much tighter tolerances.....
