My '93 rarely sits outside in the rain, and like wise doesn't get driven a whole lot in the rain.
Since I've been doing some garage/shop remodeling the 'vette has been kicked to the curb and obviously doesn't like it out there.
Now with all the torrential freak'n rain we've gotten this month I've noticed that I'm getting a small puddle on the drivers side floor board.
I did just recently go through and wiped down all the weather stripping with silicone so I don't know if this along with the high winds is allowing water in or not - not seeing any dripping on the glass or door panel.
Or, is there a vent/weep hole under the cowling that I'm unaware of that could be clogged with debris?
Figured it would be safer to ask here rather than go poking and prodding in areas that don't like being poked or prodded.
Appreciate any like experienced respondents commenting - thanks !
theres a dozen sources for good quality covers and spending $70-on a cheap-to-$300 on a quality, car cover might be a good idea here ,
I know I was forced to park my corvettes outside for a few months while my shop was being built and I had similar issues so I bought car covers as a result

obviously testing to find the source of the leak would be a smart way to proceed,
Sounds like it might be time to grab a flashlight and paper towels and sit in the car,
and have a friend with a garden hose to soak down all the potential leaking seals ,while you look over the area while you sit inside, the vette!
That might turn up something,
and as a good idea ,in the mean time, use of a cheap, multi layer, water proof car cover sure might help, rather than chancing further interior damage
NOW OBVIOUSLY THE CORVETTE ABOVE IS NOT MINE I LIVE IN FLORIDA BUT IT SHOWS A DECENT CAR COVER IN USE
HERES A FEW PICTURES OF MY SHOP BEING BUILT ABOUT 12-13 YEARS AGO
