if you own a hacksaw chances are excellent that you've needed to swap out a broken or worn out blade,
the two most common sizes are 12" and 10" lengths and you'll probably notice ,
many hacksaws are adjustable to allow either blade length to fit,
there's a huge variation in blade design, blade quality, cost per blade and factors like the TPI or number of teeth per inch
if you've ever had to cut something, made of hardened steel you've most likely found out how a hacksaw could be a be a P.I.T.A. or a handy tool to have (depending on the ease of access) and quality of the tool,
and probably why a Dremel or die grinder is a valued tool in most mechanics tool chest
Over decades its become obvious to me that you buy hacksaw blade in fairly large packs,
or you'll regret not doing so, simply because breaking your lash hacksaw blade,
in the middle of a project is a huge P.I.T.A. and potential time waster,
and the dirt cheap blades are a great way to prove the old saying
"YOU TEND TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"
and a few of the most expensive blade prove P.T.BARNUM was correct..
"there's a sucker born every minute"
these blades are a decent value in my experience at about 60 cents each
yeah theres a difference in quality
50 for $5 these are very much lower quality
10 for $6
