engine bolts

I tried a search and may have overlooked it. My question is what bolts should be replaced with arp bolts? The engine is 1999 L31 I think some of the bolts cant be reused because of stretch factor from being used anyway thats what I have been told on the street. Do you know if any and which ones needs to be replaced? :?:

the only bolts that you might want to replace are the O.E.M main cap bolts with ARP main studs, and the factory head bolts, with ARP head bolts, many guys re-use ARP sbc head bolts on vortec engines with zero problems, and yes Ive even seen the O.E.M. bolts reused but because they are lower quality than the replacement ARP bolts they generally get replaced

heres a link you can talk to the ARP GUYS

You may be tempted or not to use Head Studs. I did because of the unified torque load, but be prepared to chase coolant leaks.
Simple thread sealer will not prevent this from occuring! I tried everything several times and Black Silicon Sealer with a bottle of Bars Leak ended up doing the trick.
I know some people have opinions on this stuff, but so far no issues and coolant system is working great. Will update again after 2k miles down the road and an antifreeze flush.
