Hello everyone. I recently purchased my first Corvette. It's a clean low mile 1989 roadster. I got it not running so the price was right. After many hours of diagnostic testing the issue has come down to the fuel injectors. The ohm's are way out of spec on 5 of 8. when I unplugged the worst of them it started up. It didn't run very well on 4 cylinders but it confirmed the issue. Iv'e been researching replacements and am finding conflicting information. My understanding is the stock injectors are 24lb hr and the ohm value is supposed to be between 15.2-15.8 +/-. My injectors tested between 6-16 ohm's. Iv'e seen many for sale claiming that 22lb is stock and others with 24lb as stock with ohm's guaranteed to 12. What are the correct injector rating and ohm's for a stock 89' vette? I wouldn't mind going a little bigger on the injector capability for any future modifications. It has a BBK throttle body and BBK exhaust installed by previous owner. Thank you for your help!
