Hi my name is David and live in Saint John NB Canada. I am in the process of rebuilding my second car I have owned a 1978 Camaro Z/28. I bought the car new in 78, 1979 replaced original engine with 355 with 4 bolt block, forged crank, torker intake, 327/350 151 cam and brand new 292 turbo heads.Rebuilt this engine 1980 using a crane cam with .488/.508 234/236 lift and duration and victor jr intake and 4.56 gears and a m22 transmission. Car has never seen snow or salt. I would put it in a barn mid-October and bring it out again mid-April.
Got married children came and car went into hibernation for next 25 years, then I retired car came out of hibernation and I with help from grand children removed everything from car scrapped, wire brushed, sanded, de-greaser to remove ziebart undercoating that looked like a blank orange skin. Then painted every thing with por-15,
