High Flow Water Pump - Made in USA

I emailed Tuff Stuff and inquired about their high flow water pump # 1354NC. Not only do they assemble them here in the USA, they also have their own foundry and therefore pour their own castings here. They make their water pumps with the hub 5.659" from the block surface. They have been making that way for at least 13 years that Bud had been there.

Most short SBC pumps that Ive seen are 5.625" hub height.

Has anyone used a Tuff Stuff water pump???

I called Milodon about their high flow water pump #16200 (Cast Iron) and their response was the casting comes from Japan, but assembled here. The shaft is 3/4", but the stub for the pulley is 5/8". This would allow a stock pulley to work. The Milodon is about $8 more.

Just sent email to Flow Kooler, will let everyone know what I find out if I here back from them.

Below is my email to Flow Kooler and their response.

Hi Rick,
A sincere thanks for your concern about American made products! Unfortunately at this time we can only source castings from Mexico, Japan or China.

All of the impeller modifications are done in house in our Paso Robles CA location.

If you would like to order, please visit us online or feel free to give a call.

Thanks & Happy Holidays,

Holen Johnson
