Hood?Valve cover questions

1- The rivets which holds the upper wheelhouses Fender panels to the hood on my '96......one of the rivets is gone...have any clues to where a guy can find one of these or a set of them?

2- The valve cover bolts on my Grand Sport LT4, calls for 106 inch lbs. of torque...(8.83 ft lbs)....Can I be safe to just use 10 ft lbs since I do not have a inch torque wrench?

Thankns,
Zeeman

a cheap inch lb torque wrench will be a good addition to your tools, and yes 10 lbs in theory should work but most torque wrenches designed for reading ft lbs are basically in accurate or consistent at those low torque levels
