So its a 383 already and your going back thru the motor??? What kinda plans do you have for it this time??? Since we seldom go backwards, I'm sure it's going to be bigger and better! I'm building a completely new motor for my hotrod this winter too. I'll try to post some pics when things start getting interesting. I've been on here for days reading and have learned alot about cams and valve trains.
My 383 is in my 260Z. Its a mild build that needs to be gone thru. It has Performer centerbolt heads, Airgap intake and 600 carb. I don't want to change the heads and intake, but we will see. It's a DD with a 700r4. I want to find a nice combo for 400 hp.
