my old random orbital power sander died it was air compressor powered and while it lasted at least 20 years and gave good service it lacked power and it obviously required an air compressor with decent high volume air flow which made its use outside of my shop useless,
Im looking at the possibility of an electric sander , and Im open to suggestions, it will be used mostly on auto finish work but Id like one that has some power as the last one made removing and rough shaping and smoothing even rather thin bondo on body work a longer process than it really should be!
I own a belt sander and thats NOT what I need, and a disc grinder also, thats not what Im referring too!
