I never spent so much to be treated so poorly.

This tractor purchase has been nothing short of a major migraine. I could have bought the best Mahindra or Kioti with all the attachments and implements and I think the sales department would have treated me with a lot more respect.
Instead I get the look like he comes the retard!
I caught them flat out lying to me and when I called the dealership’s owner he didn’t bother to return my calls - instead passed me along to the very salesman I can’t stand and the one I was calling about. I pointed out errors in the paperwork, but I’m wrong. Waiting on promised work, but I’m wrong. I call them out on the lies with written proof and I’m still told I’m wrong, a broken clock is correct twice a day, but not me. I’m buying things I already paid for because I didn’t buy yard art, I need work done. An email last week informed me that the backhoe attachment won’t become available until late January 2023 But the grapple might be shipped around December 27th this year. No word yet on the hydraulics - 3rd function, 4th and 5th functions either. The “power beyond” hydraulics is instock but nothing other than the backhoe, stump grinder or log splitter can work with that so that doesn’t nothing for me. I have a paid deluxe grill on my order but I’m told they said I didn’t want it and they refunded the cost, but can’t show me any proof. No receipts, nothing. Don’t buy a John Deere!

Reminds me of the Harley dealers about 20 years ago they had the attitude that if you dont buy it the next guy would

Oh, I was King before delivery - even to the point when I was at the parts counter and needed a few sets of stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. I asked “So what do I owe?” The guy says “No charge, you spent enough here we can give you a few bolts.”

I had a hold on a new JD Z960 zero turn mower they just got in. I don’t want it now, let them sit on it ’til next spring as there is very little left of the mowing season.

Since I got into all this surrounding getting this tractor I’ve signed onto most everyone of the major suppliers of attachments and implements and not one of them have backorders on their brand of the same items. Some of these brands are even better then Frontier brand. Something to note* Frontier has many other manufactures making their products to their specifications so “backorders” are at all these “other” factories?

I know Kubota, Kioti and perhaps others have issues with suppliers but you would think these companies would be working complimentary with each other. What kind of management produces a tractor and not make sure there are hydraulics for them? Kubota has a separate company making their loaders and backhoes, the last I heard (in May) they had shortages. The CEO at Yanmar must be at the top of his game. They not only supply the engines for most tractors but they have their own line of every kind of machine used today. I should have grabbed one of them!

So today I called the main boss, the general manager for the 5 stores this JD dealer owns. They are sitting on a few things they owe me (since 7/23) still and never contacted me for the installation of such items. He’s just a condescending as his subordinates. I didn’t ask but he was itching to tell me that I will get the backhoe I paid for in July, in October . . . . . 2023. Yes, you read it right 2023 over a year from now. I would have never bought a new JD tractor if I was told I had to pay up front and have to wait over a year for a major part of what this thing was for.
All the parts I paid for and made by Frontier (John Deere owned) wont ship until next May.

Have you ever heard of such BS?
