Hello everyone,

My name is Mike and I drive a 1971 Datsun 240Z with a 385 sbc/single stage NOS plate system and 700r4 tranny. I live in Plano, Texas, just 20 minutes north of Dallas. I was invited to the site by Grumpy, who has helped me with some mechanical issues over the past few years.

I just thought I would drop by and introduce myself. Any other old farts roaming the pages, I am 48 yrs young and love my hotrods!
 
does 61 years of wasted youth, reading about, building and racing car count, or about 200 engines built count?

My wife will love this, more wasted time researching cars, motors, racing. Just an old guy looking for his first 9 second pass....LOL
 
Well, I keep telling my wife at least I'm not at the local watering hole
pouring "Her" money in a shot glass, or chasing other Woman.
(I have enough problems with the one I got!)
She knows I'm either in the garage or or on the 'putor.
