Hey Grump!
Good seeing you at Applebees tonight! Nice lookin' place ya' got here.
I'm another "old" timer, been foolin' with Corvettes and hot rods ingeneral for 45 years or so. I currently have a 2007 H-D Street Glide (riding H-D's 48 years) and a '39 Chevy sedan with 6.0 LQ4 (gen III) and a 4L80E with a 12 bolt.

i guess it has been 36 years for me. when i was 13, i somehow convinced my dad to let me buy a non-running '50 chev sedan delivery, he even borrowed a tow dolly and towed it 12 miles home from ghost ranch for me. ( abiquiu NM).

i've probably owned over 100 cars since, wish i still had the first one...

Me/Us too, my wife and I, over 100 for us, too..wish we coulda kept the best ones. They ALL weren't that great. We've had some of nearly everything, but generally favor GM/Chevy rods (Ford stuff is okay) and Ford Trucks. However nothing is etched in stone and a deal is still a deal!!

i've only owned 2 fords. one was a 55 F-100 custom cab that someone put a maple flatbed on. great truck.

the other was a 92 probe taken on trade, sold it two days later.
