I'm a retired 70yr old in Charlotte NC. Back in the 60s I owned a 66 GTO and a 68 SS 396. Looking last year at old muscle cars I decided one was not in the budget, but a friend came across a nice 96 Vette at a good price, and better yet he did the work to get it up to good operating condition for me; very nice to have capable young friends. With only 56k miles it is still strong and runs great, but soon I will be seeking advice for recommendations for improvement. So much info to digest from this great site!

Welcome from still face mask wearing S-NJ ! I enjoyed my last 7 Vettes,my current is a 93 Ruby Red 40th Rag Top 6/Spd.
