" HEY GUYS?I just put a rebuilt 350 sbc in my car, it's just a stock engine with stock heads and I'm looking at getting some roller rockers to throw in there, to free up some horse power, When the engine was rebuilt they didn't install new rockers, just reused the old ones and I'm getting a lot of noise from them, I figured some roller rockers will help free things up a little bit."
stamped rockers are cheap and dependable but decent roller rockers will frequently allow the engine to run at reduced friction loads, 10-15 hp gains are easily available, and in some cases even more is available especially with higher spring loads or a higher than stock rocker ratio.
having been thru similar issues dozens of times, Id suggest that before Id even think about swapping rockers Id strongly suggest you find out why your engines making the noise it does, this statement you made worries me!

stop and think about that! having noticeable noise indicates somethings not correct with hydraulic lifters
yes it could be the rockers are simply adjusted wrong, and a simple re-adjustment could cure it, but it could be a burnt rocker ball, or the wrong clearances, a busted spring, a worn cam lobe or lifter or a slowly wearing cam lobe, rubbing guide plate bent push rod or a dozen other problems, there are surely potential reasons for the noise your hearing.., once you've determined the current problems source and corrected it , THEN proceed with the rocker swap
