I migrated over here following Indy Cars from our old site that is shutting down.

I am 68 years old. A helicopter mechanic for going on 50 years now.
I was born in W VA and lived in Southern Ohio till I joined the Marines in 1966. I have drag raced a little and I built several junior dragsters for my grand kids.

Welcome to the forum, I think you will like it here, everyone is pretty
laid back and get along really well.

I'm thinking some kind of green for my next paint job, love your color
that is quite different than most T's.

Howl about a few more pics from some different angles, love to see more
of your car!

Welcome.
I like T's Also.
Very Nice....

We like it all here.
Homebuilt Best.

yes its much more impressive to see someone build a car using hand fabricated parts or build one for a low cash outlay that's fairly fast,
lets say a 12 second car you built for under lets say $8k than see some 10 second car some guy assembled from over the counter catalog parts for $30K.
I doubt theres anyone who could not have a nice car if they had a couple thousand dollars a month in disposable cast to spend,
but working under a strict limited budget and still managing to build something impressive is much more difficult!
anyone with a big bank balance can HAVE a car built or purchase a bunch of parts to bolt together, out of a catalog.
but it takes more skill and a whole lot more thinking, to hand design and build parts on a very limited budget, and yet still get impressive results

man that color is nice, something between a sea foam green and a stick of doublemint chewing gum. nice bucket!
