now that your armed with that "powerful military weapon no civilian should ever be allowed to touch", do you feel an instant desire to slay millions of innocent children,and swim in blood, like all the whack job lunatic liberals predicted, or do you just feel like the rest of us fire arm owners, proud you have ownership of a well made mechanical object made with fine craftsmanship that serves its purpose, and know its going to sit safely locked in your safe 99.99% of the time, while your not actually using it at the range to punch holes in paper or knocking over a few tin cans occasionally that might threaten world peace!
Well, a coupla bureaucrats come to mind.
To explain. The file was sent to the Antwerp province. They had three months to flip it. It had been over 5. I e-mailed the province and Ms. Terror (not kidding) replied that the permit had been sent back to the local cop station on March 25!
I called the local cop station twice and visited once for them to finally call me back and tell me "they would look for it". The funny bit was, during the call the duck-and-cover alarm/drill went off :mrgreen: Ten minutes later I get a call back saying the have it and to come by this evening.
Had this been let to hang any longer, the permit would have expired and I would have had to start all over again. This might have been intentional.
Ammunition, I took a box of 250 of whatever they had. An whatever they had was Czech. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: More news soon.

after re reading your comment there are in fact two cities that i know of that do not allow anyone to posses a HANDGUN specifically... chicago and washington d.c. much good that does for crime prevention

Am in canada, firearm ownership is not a right here, but a privilege.. a privilege that i lost because i did plead guilty to some marijuanna possession charges.
10 years no firearm, and no handgun for life. All my rifle at the police office/station and i have 3 month to sell all of them or they will melt them, yay

Well, in Quebec, they are anti-gun. yes liberal are semi-pro weed but its still illegal lol.

Right, well I must admit. The Sig is sweet. I put about 150 rounds thru it. It failed to stay locked open twice once the mag was emptied. But maybe I was limp-rwitsing it a bit.
The trigger WAS VERY impressive. True, there was significant travel to take the slack out.. but extremely crisp and positive thereafter. <PLEASED>
On other hand, I think something is wrong with the sights. On closer inspection… I think there aren;t any glow-dots on there… Looks like empty sockets.
That and yes, I think it's time to get my eyesight checked : - ///// probably a combination of both...
