If you've got a corvette , or some other cars with plastic interior components you know the door sills

and some other surfaces eventually show wear, now there's sill protector plates,
available,
but if your just doing a quick touch up,and you want to paint plastic,
use a damp cotton rag with alcohol to degrease, the surface first,
then use FUSION paint that's specifically FORMULATED to stick to plastic.
if you've been doing corvette repairs for years you've probably tried standard spray paint and found out the less than ideal, long term adhesion, it has.
