Rocket block for street?

I've come across a brand new GM Rocket Block (OEM height) 350 mains wetsump that a freind has. Ive read all about the positives the block offers and the special requirements.

This is my build as you know: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=3384

Is the pain of custom cam, oil pan, and other misc parts worth it for my build "Street"? (Assume I have to spend around $1500 to have it in the garage honed and ready)

Either way I have to take my 400 crower ultralight crank down to a 350main crank (crower will do) if this block would be worth it. The comparison would be to a SHP dart which I would also have to spend a little to have the crank turned down. The other option is just a good old 509 studded.
