"n most cases the 94 & 95 ECM are in most cases the same. You dont list the issues you are having , like no start? or just running rough, etc. etc. Are you able to pull anything out of the ECM for info? I believe I also read somewhere that the later meaning 94+ you are not able to jumper the ODB connector to get codes (could be wrong here) like you could the earlier stuff. I purchased one of the Actron Scanner tools to help me with trying to trouble shoot factory style ecm driven cars. I have 2 conversions that I own and drive, 48 Coupe with an LS1 setup and my 67 C10 wuth the LT1 setup. If your into doing conversions or fixing it yourself it is a tool that you will definately need to have for tracking down issues. Not to mention I have also used this tool tracking down issues on both of my kids cars and my wifes rig as well as my daily drivers. It is without a good tool to have instead of just heading down to the local garage and pay them to tell you what the code is. Tuning software (I have lt1Edit) does not tell you what codes have been set. Codes are not alsways the end all to fixing an issue but they do lead you to where a problem is. Example is the O2 sensor code, can be gotten from a lean condition by a vacuum leak, plugs not firing etc. As for tuning goes, Around my part of the woods there aren't many guys that tune the LT1 setups and I have been using Brian at pcmforless without issue. He just tuned the 95 camaro that I just stroked out to 396CI pushing close to 550HP and 500TQ, he also tuned my recent conversion of my 67 to a LT1 with a mild cam upgrade and elimination of all the smog stuff as well as tuned out any unwanted codes and I am very happy with his work. He also has a very quick turnaround time."
