This isnt an introduction because I've been here for a while but I texted Richard yesterday he's doing good we texted back and forth for a while so I'm letting everyone know
 
great! glad too hear hes gotten through the surgery
 
yeah! I'm about 6 weeks out of my first knee replacement, and a pacemaker and the pain is intermittent in intensity,
but its never yet dropped to zero, but its getting better slowly it used to be almost unbearable
but lately its just an intermittent intensity, throbbing P.I.T.A. stronger, mostly at night , making sleep very difficult.
So I'm sure he's not feeling up to doing zilch yet, if he had heart surgery
