IVE USED MUNCIE SUPER CASE TRANSMISIONS, IVE DRIVEN THE TKO 600 a few times, I don,t know anything about the other trans yet, but ID look at up front purchase cost and ease of install and replacement parts cost , and ask around at the tracks before selecting one

1st gear is, 2.199 to 1

2nd gear is, 1.506 to 1

3rd gear is, 1.000 to 1

4th gear is, 0.859 to 1

If you run a 4:56 gear, final ratio is 3:99

If you run a 4:11 gear, final ratio is 3.54

If you run a 3:73 gear, final ratio is 3.16

If you run a 3.55 gear, final ratio is 2.98

If you run a 3:23 gear, final ratio is 2.66

If you run a 3.08 gear, final ratio is 2.57

GM TKO 600 is torque rated at 600ft/lbs. 26 spline input shaft with a 31 spline output shaft. 2.87 first gear .82od. Standard shift location is the rear Muncie" 4 speed shift point. Mid and front shift kits available. Main case bolt pattern remains the "Muncie" 4 speed" pattern.
