obtaining firearms, registration is almost exclusively designed to promote and ease eventual
firearms confiscation
All most gun laws do, is potentially create far more easy victims,

A Couple Of Conveniently Left-Out Gun Violence Facts

You never hear this from the MSM or any Democrat, and they're important facts. First, 60 percent of non-accidental gun deaths in America in 2017 were as the result of suicide. Only 37% were murders. I don't have the numbers in front of me, but of the 12,000 gun suicides how many would you suppose were the result of scary black 'assault' rifles? And how many of these suicides would have been prevented if the 'assault' weapons ban had still been in place? Zero, you say? Go to the head of the class.

Second, the murders per capita. This reminds me of all the hoopla surrounding LEO-related unarmed-black shootings, numbers that BLM and others have ginned up to the point that law enforcement is basically on a genocide mission against people of color when the actual number of questionable shootings is maybe a few dozen annually. Anyway, the gun murder rate per capita in America 2017 was 4.8 per 100,000. For comparison, the rate in 1974 was 7.2. And you didn't hear anything about Democrats losing their shit about that 45 years ago, when gun murders were a full 50% higher than today..
The obvious conclusion? No surprise to anyone; gun control in the wake of a couple of high-profile mass shootings is all manufactured scare tactics for one and only one purpose - VOTES. I'm not nearly as worried about getting my guns confiscated as I am knowing nearly half the country is stupid enough to buy into the hype. THAT's scary.

Lets work with facts . 2019 Stats:

Estimates vary as to how many of the rifles are owned in the United States. The National Shooting Sports Foundation has estimated that approximately 15 million to 17 million AR-15 style rifles exist in the U.S. within the broader total of the 300 million firearms owned by Americans.
Using FBI stats for my information , total murder by gun was 15,139. Death by all rifles, not just the scary AR rifles but all was 403 . Death by hammer and clubs was 467 .
The shit you hear on social media and from the democrats and many Republicans is twisted info . They are not trying to prevent crime or shootings .
Summary is out of {lets average them out} 13.5 million scary AR style guns ,less than 403 people were killed .
