all three cases involve to some extent government agency's defining , modifying, interpreting or writing their own agencies
laws and definitions
and
in most case's, then enforcing their own re-written and re-interpreted rules or decisions made to allow the agency to do what they want,
vs what the founders and the bill of rights intended limitations to government power grabs
anyone with a functional brain understands

passing gun laws to disarm the vast majority of gun owners who don't cause problems

THE SCOTUS is not ruling that way....at least not yet.. and it's not likely
but keep in mind some STATE supreme courts
like Hawaii, Illinois, calif. NY, NJ, and MASS, CONN
(loaded with liberal appointed judges, who regularly ignore the constitution)
are very anti- second amendment friendly:swearing: :facepalm:
so we have to deal with many unconstitutional state laws for now

but ID suggest buying NOW!
what ever rifles, handguns, magazines and ammo you want ,
before some liberal judge makes it far more difficult or at least,
much more expensive and difficult to buy
if they can limit what you can get now you can be certain their
added restrictions will constantly increase ,
relentlessly further reducing all your options,
until civilian ownership of firearms are all removed

there are several STATE supreme court rulings recently
that basically tell the U.S. SUPREME COURT to shove their decisions,
we darn well know better than you!

we can tell the federal govt, your laws don't apply here!

then let states like ILLINOIS to do the same thing while outlawing semi auto rifles
the feds are basically saying ,
you states ALL must follow the federal laws and legal law interpretation of maintaining the SECOND AMENDMENTS
,stated RIGHT for citizens TO BE ARMED..
just because you may not like the federal laws,
does not mean you can ignore or make your own laws
overriding federal law!




liberal anti gunner elite politicians are going insane thinking up new,
as yet unrestricted ways to get back door firearm registration,
for eventual confiscation lists, and you can be big money there will be an ever increasing FEE or tax,
