Trying to save a C4

I bought this 84 vtte and the car was really cobbled up .I have had all the rear suspension re worked
The engine idles at about 5 to 600 rpm. The guy at the garage said he needed a wireing diagram so he
could get into the computer. The last owner cut and chopped wires and theres a lot of dead ins
can you help..Sincerely Tim
