Used NASCAR Solid Roller Lifters

I found these Used NASCAR Solid Roller Lifters on eBay. I know these guys are using very high spring pressures and probably turning 9500 rpm, but look at that scuffing! These look pretty bad to me, and it makes me think - what the hell do the lifter bores look like?

yeah they look like they belong in a dumpster,
but keep in mind the nascar guys feel the lifters are like spark plugs , and disc brake pads,
, an expendable component that replaced regularly as needed

The Lifter Bores in Modern Race engines are Ampco 45 Bronze Bushings Mike.
Believe it or not the Race Roller Lifters are in Fair Condition .

They usually look much worse.

When A Roller Lifter Fails Goodbye Engine.
Hopefully magnets catch all if used.
Be Surprised just what one tiny needle bearing does bouncing around hitting the crankshaft.
