if you look at and compare carefully the data, the very obvious conclusion, you'll be forced to come to is,
that there are obviously a great many more people who currently,
own guns that are not going to honestly answer surveys than the liberal media will admit.
and there are millions of firearms that the statistics won,t show.
and the number of firearms sold off the books is rapidly increasing.
Id doubt that the registered numbers reflect 1/2 of what exists if that.

(personally Id suspect that the registered number is significantly lower than 1/2 of reality )

example the state of florida where I live currently admits there are slightly over 3 million concealed carry licences in this state alone,
there in a second chart they say theres only about 3.5 million registered firearms,
and a third suggest that about 33% of the states population owns a weapon, there are currently about 21 million people in florida.
a much more realistic estimate would be 5-9 million florida gun owners currently, and similar errors in the nation wide estimates.
a fourth link shows there were more than 285 million back ground checks done for registered firearm purchases in the U.S.A since 1998 alone
yet there were at least 27 million back ground checks last year alone.
a fifth chart shows that there has been almost 300 million guns manufactured and sold in the USA since about the year 2000.
keep in mind you could purchase of more than one gun per back ground check,
and there would be no reason to go through a back ground check unless you wanted to purchase a gun, and the vast majority of checks do result in a sale.
Id also point out that a significant percentage of used guns are sold face-to-face without records being kept.
a significant percentage of gun sales are not on the books simply because many people don,t trust government or want to be on some list for future confiscation.
the statistics, on gun ownership are very obviously MUCH lower than reality,
and its all too obvious many people who own guns will no longer answer media questionnaires honestly,
for what should be for most of us, obvious reasons

My DR. of about 30 years retired so I went to see a new Dr. after filling out all the forms I left the Do You Own A Gun question blank. So when I went back to see him he asked why I didn't answer the question and I told him that it wasn't his or anyone else s business weather or not I own a gun and what does that have to do with my appointment to get my blood pressure meds. Well he just gave me a nasty look plainly seeing my 9mm on my side. I guess I will need to find another Dr.

is it not amazing how many people think that sticking their nose into everyone else,s lives ,
and trying too make those people who have committed no crimes, and have in no way directly effected them,
, yet they get annoyed if you fail to instantly suddenly conform too what they consider to be in their minds what might be an ideal society.
and in most cases their world view changes radically if they are suddenly confronted with,
the need to be totally responsible for their own welfare rather than assume some one else will be assuming all there personal risk.
theres an over whelming abundance of evidence that proves the liberal democrat politician mindset can not grasp the idea that some people ignore laws,
the problem with liberal democrat politician's is they are 100% convinced they are correct ,
they are convinced they are far smarter than you are,
they are convinced that, anyone who opposes their views is an idiot,
and they say,
screw your, well DOCUMENTED FACTS, SCREW ALL LOGIC,
and hundreds of examples of previous documented FAILURES, over decades,
or even hundreds of years.

theres an old saying,
"all it takes to change most liberals into a conservatives is,
to have them come home to a home, too find ,everything they own has been stolen, and then get mugged and physically harmed."
suddenly, in most cases, the world view radically changes

A young woman was about to finish her first year of college. Like so many others her age she considered herself to be a very liberal Democrat and was for distribution of all wealth.

She felt deeply ashamed that her father was a rather staunch Republican, which she expressed openly. One day she was challenging her father on his beliefs and his opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the addition of more government welfare programs.

Based on the lectures that she had participated in and the occasional chat with a professor she felt that for years her father had obviously harbored an evil, even selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by her professors had to be the truth and she indicated so to her father.

He stopped her and asked her point blank, how she was doing in school. She answered rather haughtily that she had a 4.0 GPA, and let him know that it was tough to maintain. That she studied all the time and never had time to go out and party like other people she knew. She didn’t even have time for a boyfriend and didn’t really have many college friends because of spending all her time studying.

Her father listened and then asked, “How is your good friend Mary doing?”

She replied, “Mary is barely getting by.” She continued, “She barely has a 2.0 GPA,” adding, “and all she takes are easy classes and she never studies.” “But Mary is so very popular on campus, college for her is a blast, she goes to all the parties all the time and very often doesn’t even show up for classes because she is too hung over.”

Her father then asked his daughter, “Why don’t you go to the Dean’s Office and ask him to deduct a 1.0 off your 4.0 GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0.” He continued, “That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA.”

The daughter visibly shocked by her father’s suggestion angrily fired back, “That wouldn’t be fair! I worked really hard for mine, I did without And Mary has done little or nothing, she played while I worked real hard!”

The father slowly smiled, winked and said, “Welcome to the Republican Party.”

I was talking to a friend’s little girl, and she said she wanted to be President some day. Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there, so I asked her, ‘If you were to be the President, what is the first thing you would do?’

She replied, ‘I’d give food and houses to all the homeless people.’ ‘Wow - what a worthy goal.’ I told her, ‘You don’t have to wait until you’re President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow, pull weeds, and sweep my sidewalks and driveway, and I’ll pay you $50. Then I’ll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food or a new house.’

She thought that over for a few seconds ‘cause she’s only 6. And while her Mom glared at me, the little girl looked me straight in the eye and asked, “Why doesn’t the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?”

And I said, “Welcome to the Republican Party, sweetheart.”

A man was telling his buddy "You won't believe what happened last night.

My daughter walked into the living room and said,
"Dad, cancel my allowance immediately, forget my college tuition loan,
rent my room out, throw all my clothes out the window,
take my TV and my laptop.
Please take any of my jewelry to the Salvation Army or Cash Converters.
Then, sell my car, take my front door key away from me and throw me out of the house.
Then, disown me and never talk to me again.
Don't forget to write me out of your will ,
cancel my credit cards and face-book accounts
and leave my share of any values in your will to any charity you choose."

"Wow," replied the friend, "she actually said that?"

"Well, she didn't put it quite like that. She actually said
,

.
.
.
'Dad, meet my new boyfriend -- Mohammed.
We're going to work together on Hilary's election campaign!'"
