I wanted some dollies with a bigger wheel to get over threshold going into the garage. It would also give it more ground clearance so that I wouldn't need to jack up the TBucket every time I wanted to go under it for something. I had 4 aluminum plates that were 28"x 13"x1/4", I ended up cutting 6" off the longest dimension making them 22 inches long. I needed 22" to get under the 31" tall rear tires on them with chocks.
I bought sixteen 5" casters that are rated at 450 lbs each or 1800 lbs per dolly, but I wouldn't put that much on them. The Bucket weighs 1890 lbs or 920 front and 1180 on the rear. So the heaviest wheel is on the rear at 1180 / 2 = 590 lbs. The casters came with hardware, but I like the cleaner look of the SS button head fasteners.
I've got a rear wheel in the repair shop right now so in it's place I have this piece of wood. It cracked down the middle from being tightened down across the hub. So I glued it back together, 3D printed some spacers and added angle iron on both sides for more strength.
I found that I can get the TBucket out of the garage by myself, but getting it back in going slightly uphill is not possible. So I purchased a 2500 lb Harbor Freight winch and mounted it to the front wall of the garage. Got it shipped to the house for $80.52, they are on clearance right now.
