It looks like a moron tried to intimidate a pair of armed cops with a pistol with predictable results
btw notice the multiple close range bullet impacts, while very quickly fatal were not visually knocking the crap out of the targeted individual like you see on TV, and probably passing through the target.
reality is a bit different than TV and even a close range hit with a 10 gauge shotgun in the real world has far less instant results than TV would have you believe, Ive shot deer at very close range with a a 10 gauge and had zero instant effect!, now the deer dropped a few seconds later, but I was amazed the first time it happened that the instant result was not much but some fur flying
