I need a NEW LT1 water pump,for my 1996 corvette!
as its rather obvious that the current ones on its last legs and while I'm not flush with buckets of cash I don,t want to buy some crappy pump or refurbished water pump , I want to find whats available AND hopefully find some high volume, high flow pump too improve on the stock water pump.
After all, if your going to replace a part it makes sense to upgrade its capacity if that a reasonable cost option, so if you have replaced your 1996 LT1 water pump and found what you used to do it was either a problem or an improvement over the original water pump Id like to hear about it in either case , and know the part number ,brand and cost and where you got it, and if anyone knows if theres a true higher flow rated and more durable aftermarket LT1 water pump thats available for that application.

yes I'm fully aware theres numerous options, but Id like to hear from real world experience here as I really have had some rather less than impressive results when I just take advertizing at face value
ROCK AUTO, SUMMIT RACING, JEGS, ECKLERS, HAVE THE WATER PUMPS, as does NAPA AND ADVANCED AUTO AND OTHERS , UNDER $120 is average
